2 shares of the company at the original price by Rs 5 to Rs 5 issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1 share of the original price on December 16 as the record date to be determined. Postal ballot for approval by the shareholders yet.

ONGC and Rs 295.30 on the BSE on Monday closing at Rs 295.50 compared to open today with a very slight edge. While on the green about 12 pm, the stock traded Rs 3.50, or 1.19% to Rs 298.80 with a gain of walking.
